The ZPKS, in English - Association of Polish Sports Clubs in Great Britain, exists to promote Polish culture and language through sport. In the past the organisation has organised competitions in many sports both for adults and youth. As interest and enthusiasm has waned with the passing on of its founding fathers, recent efforts have been directed towards the adult football competition. Conscious of this heritage of the organisation, the committee seeks new blood and sponsors to continue to promote and facilitate sport between Poles and descendents with Polish ancestry in Great Britain.
